My goal is to make your loan application as smooth as possible. There are three steps to the process:

Step 1: Gather all necessary documents. We will need the following documents:

Paystubs covering the most recent 30 days

- W2s for 2009/2010
- Federal Tax returns for 2009/2010 (all schedules included) 
- Bank statements (with all pages) covering the most recent 2 months for all assets that you will use for your transaction.

 - Current mortgage statement and insurance statement for all properties that you currently own. (if any) 
 

Step 2: CLICK HERE to complete your application on our secure web server.  There is no need to supply us with account numbers here, but it is helpful if you do.  Please remember to include your birthdate as well.
 
Step 3: Scan your supporting documents into a pdf file and upload them into your new account by logging in here OR you can fax them to me at 415.694.5501. Just make sure to put sure to put a cover letter with attention to me.
