Apply for a loan

My goal is to make your loan application as smooth as possible. There are three steps to the process:

Step 1: Gather all necessary documents. We will need the following documents:

Income

- paystubs covering the most recent 30 days

- All W2s for 2008/2009

-Federal tax returns for 2007/2008 (all schedules included)

-Corporate tax returns for the most recent 3 years (if necessary)

-Bank statements covering the most recent 2 months for all asset accounts (checking, savings, money market, mutual funds, retirement etc.)

-Current mortgage statement and insurance statement (if refinancing)

Step 2: Click here to complete your application online. Make sure to get through the entire application even if you need to leave some information blank.

Step 3: Scan your supporting documents into a pdf file and upload them into your new account by logging in here OR you can fax them to me at 415.694.5501. Just make sure to put sure to put a cover letter with attention to me.
